Join the ladies of Alpha Gamma Tau Omega for a fun morning of walking, fellowship, and wellness at the River Rouge High School Track!

All fitness levels are welcome!
come get your steps in and connect with other women. Walking is a simple way to improve heart health reduce stress and boost energy.

Bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated during the walk.
